Anyone who is struggling in any way can benefit from Counselling & Therapy with a good practitioner. It might be that they are struggling with depression or anxiety, phobias and fears, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, relationship breakdown, low self-esteem, addictions, or any other emotional reaction needing attention.

Jeremy uses whatever is required to help you feel better, lift depression, lower or resolve anxiety, and fears and phobias, process grief and loss, and move on from or get out of a bad relationship. He has a range of approaches to suit what is required for each individual’s circumstance.
Techniques and interventions might include counselling, reflecting, exploration, focusing, visualising, drawing, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), self discovery, hypnotherapy, regression, inner-child work, empty-chair work, healing, and expressive techniques.
